There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Pleasant Ridge, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Pleasant Ridge — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Pleasant Ridge customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Pleasant Ridge or the surrounding Oakland County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Michigan involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Pleasant Ridge, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Michigan environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Pleasant Ridge is a small city in Oakland County, Michigan, located approximately eleven miles northwest of downtown Detroit along the Woodward Corridor. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 2,627 residents. With a land area of just 0.57 square miles, Pleasant Ridge ranks as the fifth-smallest city by land area in Michigan.
The city's origins trace back to 1913 when Burt Taylor subdivided the Mayday farm in the area. Pleasant Ridge first incorporated as a village within Royal Oak Township in 1921, then established itself as an autonomous city in 1927. The name is believed to come from Ridge Road, a main thoroughfare through the community. Among the city's notable historical establishments was Hedge's Wigwam, a Native American-themed restaurant that operated from 1927 to 1967. In the early 1960s, Pleasant Ridge actively resisted construction of the middle segment of Interstate 696.
Today, the city is notable for its distinctive demographics. Pleasant Ridge has one of the highest percentages of same-sex couple households in the nation, ranking seventh nationally with approximately 60 same-sex couples per 1,000 households. The city is bordered to the south by Ferndale, recognized as the center of the LGBT community in the Metro Detroit region. Geographically, Pleasant Ridge sits at the intersection of major highways, with Interstate 696 forming its northern border and Woodward Avenue running through its center, dividing the city into areas of larger historic homes to the west and more modest residences to the east.
