There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Poolesville, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Poolesville — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Poolesville customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Poolesville or the surrounding Montgomery County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Maryland involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Poolesville, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Maryland environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Poolesville is a town in western Montgomery County, Maryland, with a population of 5,742 according to the 2020 census. The town takes its name from brothers John Poole Sr. and Joseph Poole Sr., who purchased 160 acres in the area in 1760. Three decades later, John Poole Jr. inherited fifteen acres from his father and built a log store, subdividing the land and selling portions to merchants whose settlement eventually grew into the incorporated town established in 1867. Until 2010, the town operated under the legal name "The Commissioners of Poolesville" due to a historical anomaly, but residents voted overwhelmingly to formally change it to "The Town of Poolesville" in the November general election that year.
During the Civil War, Poolesville played a strategic role in protecting the nation's capital. Union military leaders recognized that the shallow Potomac River fords near Poolesville posed a potential threat to Washington, D.C. The Corps of Observation was established just outside town, and soldiers stationed there monitored the river for Confederate incursions. By winter 1861-1862, approximately 20,000 Union troops occupied the area. Though no battles were fought in Poolesville itself, the nearby Battle of Ball's Bluff on October 21, 1861, resulted in heavy Union casualties among soldiers stationed in town. Confederate forces raided the town during the war and crossed the Potomac near Poolesville in 1862 and 1864. The old Poolesville Methodist Church cemetery still contains remains of approximately twenty soldiers killed at Ball's Bluff or who died in camp.
