If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Mica and the surrounding Spokane County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Mica, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Mica — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Mica customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Mica or the surrounding Spokane County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Washington involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Mica, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Washington environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Mica is an unincorporated community in Spokane County, Washington, located along State Route 27 about twelve miles southeast of downtown Spokane. The community was named for deposits of mica in the area. A post office called Mica was established in 1887 and served the community until its closure in 1975, operating under ZIP code 99023.
From its earliest days, brick making has been central to Mica's economy. The American Fire Brick Company, founded by Mica pioneers in the late 1800s, established operations that continue today under the ownership of Mutual Materials. The American Firebrick Company campus was recognized for its historical significance when it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The oldest grave in Mica Cemetery dates to 1883, reflecting the community's long settlement history.
Situated on the northern edge of the Palouse farming region, Mica occupies a unique geographical position. The landscape transitions from gentle rolling hills characteristic of the Palouse grasslands to the foothills of the Selkirk Mountains. Krell Hill, locally known as Tower Mountain for its television towers, stands just northwest of town, while Mica Peak rises to the east. California Creek, a tributary of Latah Creek, flows from the slopes of Mica Peak along the southeastern edge of the community.
In recent decades, Mica's character has shifted. Located about ten minutes by car from suburban Spokane Valley, the area has gradually transformed from a completely rural community into something of a bedroom community as residents have moved into the region. The Freeman School District serves the area, with its schools located three miles south of town on State Route 27.
