A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Solana Beach, including:
Three steps from your first call to cash in hand. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time. Same-day is usually available. We come right to you in Solana Beach — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and hands you cash before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Solana Beach customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we can usually get a truck out to you the same day — especially if you're anywhere in Solana Beach or the surrounding San Diego County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Call before noon and we'll do everything we can to make it happen that afternoon.
Transferring a car in California involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Solana Beach, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all California environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Solana Beach, whose name means "sunny side" in Spanish, has a rich history shaped by successive waves of settlement and development. The area was originally home to the San Dieguitos, early Holocene inhabitants, followed by the Kumeyaay people, who established a village called Kulaumai on the southern banks of San Elijo Lagoon. During the Spanish colonial era, trails in the region were routed inland to avoid the marshes and inlets.
European settlement began in 1886 when the George H. Jones family arrived. For decades, the area was known as Lockwood Mesa until the early twentieth century transformed its trajectory. The construction of Lake Hodges Dam in 1917 and 1918, combined with the creation of the Santa Fe Irrigation District in 1918, sparked rapid development. In 1922, Colonel Ed Fletcher purchased 140 acres from Jones to develop Solana Beach. Fletcher famously used hydraulic water pressure from the dam's spillway to carve out Fletcher Cove, employing a fire hose for three months to create beach access. The beach officially opened on July 4, 1925, with celebrations including horse races.
Growth continued steadily through the remainder of the century, with notable booms following World War II and during the late twentieth century real estate surge. Solana Beach officially incorporated as a city in 1986. The community gained national attention in 2003 when it became the first city in the continental United States to ban smoking on public beaches. Today, with a 2020 population of 12,940, Solana Beach remains a vibrant coastal community shaped by its unique blend of early agricultural heritage and modern development.
