If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Conklin and the surrounding Broome County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Conklin, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Conklin — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Conklin customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Conklin or the surrounding Broome County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in New York involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Conklin, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all New York environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Conklin is a town located in Broome County, New York, positioned on the county's south border southeast of Binghamton. According to the 2020 census, the town had a population of 5,008. The area was first settled around 1788, and the Town of Conklin was officially established in 1824 when Nicholas Conklin separated it from the town of Chenango. Over its history, Conklin's boundaries shifted as it exchanged territories with neighboring towns, contributing land to form Windsor in 1831 and Kirkwood in 1859, while receiving territory from Windsor in 1851.
The town covers 24.9 square miles and is marked by significant geographic features, including the Susquehanna River along its eastern border and Snake Creek, a tributary where early settlers first established themselves. The southern boundary line marks the border with Pennsylvania's Susquehanna County. Conklin's landscape is served by New York State Routes 7 and 7A, with several communities including the hamlets of Corbettsville, Conklin Station (formerly Milburn), Conklin Center, and Conklin Forks.
A notable landmark is the Conklin Town Hall, originally built as a castle-like residence by Alpheus Corby in 1900. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. The town has faced significant natural disasters, including a devastating flood in June 2006 that destroyed hundreds of homes and businesses, displaced residents, and caused tens of millions of dollars in damage. The town experienced another major flood in September 2011 from Tropical Storm Lee.
