There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Machiasport, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Machiasport — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Machiasport customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Machiasport or the surrounding Washington County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Maine involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Machiasport, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Maine environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Machiasport is a historic seaport town in Washington County, Maine, with a population of 962 as of the 2020 census. Located at the head of Machias Bay on the Gulf of Maine, the town encompasses 61.61 square miles, with the Machias River draining through it.
The area's history stretches back to 1633, when the Plymouth Company established a trading post to conduct business with Native Americans. However, French forces under Charles de Saint-Étienne de la Tour sacked the post in 1634, as the region was claimed by New France as part of Acadia. In 1770, the Massachusetts General Court granted the area to 80 petitioners, mostly from Scarborough. Machiasport was first incorporated as part of Machias in 1784, then separated and incorporated as its own town in 1826.
The town played a significant role during the American Revolution. Following the 1775 capture of the British ship HMS Margaretta by locals led by Jeremiah O'Brien, residents built breastworks to defend the Machias River. Although British forces under Sir George Collier destroyed these defenses later that year, the fort was rebuilt in 1777 as a crescent-shaped battery and named Fort O'Brien in 1781. The fort saw action again during the War of 1812 when the British captured and burned it in September 1814. A second fort, Fort Machias, was constructed nearby in 1863 during the Civil War. Both historic sites were transferred to Maine in 1923 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1969, now managed by the Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands.
