A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Gila, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Gila — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Gila customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Gila or the surrounding Grant County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in New Mexico involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Gila, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all New Mexico environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Gila is a small census-designated place in Grant County, New Mexico, situated thirty miles northwest of the county seat, Silver City. According to the 2020 census, the community is home to 285 residents. The town sits in the irrigated valley of the Gila River, surrounded by the hilly and mountainous semi-arid terrain characteristic of the southwestern United States. The Gila River has long been central to human settlement in this arid region, serving as one of the few dependable water sources available.
The area's history spans centuries. In the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, the Gila valley was homeland to the Bedonkohe band of the Chiricahua Apache. In 1792, Spanish rulers established a rancheria at Gila as part of a chain of settlements designed to maintain peace with the Apache. American mountain men built a substantial frontier hacienda there around 1829 for trade and fur trapping. However, warfare in the 1830s between the Apache and newly independent Mexico forced Mexican settlers to abandon the region.
The town gained prominence with the Lyons & Campbell Ranch, established in 1890 by Tom Lyons and Angus Campbell. By the 1890s, this operation had become one of the largest ranches in the United States, controlling nearly one million acres and employing seventy-five cowboys. Lyons expanded the existing hacienda into an impressive headquarters complex featuring twenty-seven rooms and numerous outbuildings. The headquarters building, partially restored in 1978, was added to the National Register of Historic Places. Today, Gila provides essential services to its rural population, including a post office, library, medical clinic, and community center.
