A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Burns, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Burns — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Burns customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Burns or the surrounding Marion County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Kansas involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Burns, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Kansas environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Burns, Kansas, is a small city in Marion County with a population of 234 residents according to the 2020 census. Located between El Dorado and Florence along U.S. Route 77, the city sits on the scenic Flint Hills and Great Plains landscape, with its southern boundary marking the line between Marion and Butler counties.
The origins of Burns trace back to the late 1800s. In 1877, the Florence, El Dorado, and Walnut Valley Railroad Company constructed a branch line from Florence to El Dorado and built a station called Burns north of the present city location. The station itself was named after a railroad company official. In August 1880, a town called St. Francis was platted at the current location. When the town incorporated, residents discovered that St. Francis was already an established city name elsewhere, prompting them to rename their community after the nearby Burns train station. The post office was established on November 30, 1880. The railroad line eventually extended to Douglass and Arkansas City, operating under the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, though the line through Burns was abandoned in 1942.
Burns High School closed in 1965 due to statewide school district consolidation, followed by the closure of Burns Elementary and Junior High School in 1997. Today, education is provided through the Peabody-Burns USD 398 public school district. In 2010, the Keystone-Cushing Pipeline was constructed west of Burns, bringing both economic activity and environmental concerns to the region.
