If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and hand you cash. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Heber and the surrounding Navajo County area — running or not, any make, any model, free same-day towing.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Heber, including:
Three steps from your first call to cash in hand. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time. Same-day is usually available. We come right to you in Heber — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and hands you cash before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Heber customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we can usually get a truck out to you the same day — especially if you're anywhere in Heber or the surrounding Navajo County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Call before noon and we'll do everything we can to make it happen that afternoon.
Transferring a car in Arizona involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Heber, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Arizona environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Heber, located in Navajo County, Arizona, sits atop the Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6,627 feet. This census-designated place was founded in 1883 by members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who had relocated from struggling settlements along the Little Colorado River. The community takes its name from either Heber J. Grant or Heber C. Kimball, both prominent figures in the LDS Church. The post office was established in 1890, with James Shelley serving as its first postmaster, receiving mail by buckboard every Wednesday from Holbrook.
The neighboring community of Overgaard was settled around 1936 and named after Kristen Kristensen Overgaard, owner of the area's first sawmill. The two communities merged under a single census designation in 1990 due to their proximity. The population reached 2,898 residents at the 2020 census.
Heber–Overgaard's early economy relied on dry farming and ranching, with settlers cultivating potatoes, corn, and raising livestock. The forested mountain setting provided advantages over the drought-plagued lower settlements, offering higher rainfall, lush grasses, and plentiful timber. Today, the community's economic foundation has shifted toward tourism, retirement living, and timbering operations, reflecting both the area's natural beauty and its evolution over more than a century.
