A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Curtis, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Curtis — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Curtis customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Curtis or the surrounding Mackinac County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Michigan involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Curtis, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Michigan environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Curtis is an unincorporated community in Mackinac County located within Portage Township in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, about sixty-five miles west of the Mackinac Bridge. The area was originally home to the Chippewa people. John Lee, the first white settler, arrived in 1884 and lived among the Chippewa, sharing a hut with Chief Saw-Naw-Quato for eighteen months. In 1886, the federal government granted land patents to Lee and several Chippewa members, spurring further settlement along the shores of South Manistique Lake. The emerging community was initially called Portage, named for its location on the narrowest stretch of land between Manistique Lake and South Manistique Lake. When a post office was established on November 15, 1905, the name changed to Curtis, honoring William L. Curtis, a state senator who served from 1902 to 1906. By 1907, Curtis had grown to about seventy-five residents and boasted two saloons, a laundry, two general stores, and two hotels. That year, the Manistique and Lake Superior Railroad constructed a line through the community, bringing a train depot that connected Curtis to lumber operations across the Upper Peninsula. However, the railroad abandoned the depot in 1910, and the population declined to just twenty-five residents by 1913. Residents shifted their focus to farming and fishing, sustaining the community through its rich natural resources. Today, Curtis remains a popular tourist destination surrounded by numerous lakes offering excellent hunting and fishing, with the post office continuously operating since its establishment over a century ago.
