If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.

A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Springfield, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Springfield — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Springfield customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Springfield or the surrounding Brown County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Minnesota involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Springfield, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Minnesota environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Springfield is a city located in Brown County, Minnesota, with a population of 2,027 according to the 2020 census. Situated in the heart of some of Minnesota's most productive farmland, Springfield is served by U.S. Highway 14 as a main route through the community. The Cottonwood River flows through the city, which covers a total area of 1.85 square miles.
The city's origins trace back to 1877, when it was originally platted with the name Burns following the arrival of the Chicago and North Western Railway. It was renamed in 1881 after either Springfield, Massachusetts, or a nearby spring. Springfield became home to a significant industrial operation when Adolph Casimir Ochs established the Ochs Brick and Tile Company in 1890. This brick plant proved remarkably resilient, outliving all other brick manufacturers in Minnesota before finally closing in 2016. The Sanborn Company continues to operate in Springfield today.
The community maintains a strong religious presence with three Lutheran churches, as well as Catholic and United Methodist congregations. Active rail service connects Springfield through the Iowa, Chicago and Eastern Railroad, a subsidiary of the Canadian Pacific. About twelve miles south of town on County Road 2 lies the Jeffers Petroglyphs State Park. Springfield has produced several notable residents, including Bernie Bierman, a successful Minnesota Golden Gophers football coach; Marty Seifert, who served as House Minority Leader in the Minnesota House of Representatives; and Glen Taylor, the prominent businessman and owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
