A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Placerville, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Placerville — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Placerville customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Placerville or the surrounding Boise County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Idaho involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Placerville, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Idaho environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Placerville, located 17 miles east of Horseshoe Bend in Boise County, Idaho, emerged from the placer mining boom of the 1860s. The townsite was selected December 1, 1862, and grew with remarkable speed—by December 16 there were six cabins, and by early summer of 1863, the town boasted 300 buildings and 5,000 residents. The citizens obtained a city charter at the first Idaho legislature meeting in Lewiston in 1863. Father Mesplie held the first church service on January 4, 1864, and a stage line began carrying Wells Fargo express between the Basin and Wallua every other day, completing the four-day journey through Placerville. By July 1864, over 4,500 mining claims had been recorded in the district.
Unlike earlier northern Idaho mining areas, the Boise Basin mines provided sustained returns, particularly during 1863 through 1866, making Placerville an important early settlement. The town was unusually well-developed, featuring a street grid, plaza, Episcopal church, thirteen saloons, seven restaurants, multiple butcher shops, blacksmith shops, hotels, and businesses including dressmakers and a millinery. Mining evolved from placer workings to quartz mining, with a stamp mill operating by 1864. Population declined from 2,500 in 1864 to 318 by 1870 as miners moved to other rushes. Chinese miners worked less profitable claims and established laundries and restaurants. Fires repeatedly devastated the town, most notably the 1899 fire that nearly destroyed it. Today Placerville maintains its small population with tourism centered on history, hunting, and recreation. The 1984 listing on the National Register of Historic Places as the Placerville Historic District recognizes its heritage, and two city museums operate seasonally.
