A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Idaho City, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Idaho City — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Idaho City customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Idaho City or the surrounding Boise County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Idaho involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Idaho City, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Idaho environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Idaho City, the county seat of Boise County, sits about 36 miles northeast of Boise and is home to 466 residents according to the 2020 census. Founded in December 1862 as Bannock during the Boise Basin gold rush, the town was renamed Idaho City to avoid confusion with Bannack, Montana. Positioned near the confluence of Elk and Mores Creeks, its abundant water supply allowed it to flourish beyond nearby camps like Placerville and Pioneerville. By the mid-1860s, Idaho City had become the largest city in the Northwest, boasting a population of 7,000 and more than 200 businesses, including three dozen saloons and two dozen law offices. This prosperity proved temporary. Four devastating fires struck the wooden town in 1865, 1867, 1868, and 1871, and as mining declined, most residents departed. The population fell below 900 by 1870 and dwindled to just 104 by 1920. Today's economy centers on hunting and fishing tourism alongside visits to historic sites like Boot Hill Cemetery. The town played significant roles in regional history, including hosting Senator Frank Church's 1976 presidential campaign announcement and serving as home to the Grand Lodge of Idaho, founded in 1867. The entire city within its 1975 boundaries was listed as a historic district on the National Register of Historic Places, preserving buildings such as the Boise County Courthouse and the I.O.O.F. Hall. Idaho City remains part of the Boise metropolitan area, maintaining its connection to regional heritage.
