A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Lyons, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Lyons — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Lyons customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Lyons or the surrounding Rice County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Kansas involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Lyons, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Kansas environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Lyons is the county seat of Rice County, Kansas, with a population of 3,611 as of the 2020 census. The area has deep historical roots, with Native Americans inhabiting the land for millennia before Spanish explorer Coronado and his men are thought to have camped near present-day Lyons while searching for the legendary wealth of Quivira. Juan de Padilla, a member of Coronado's expedition, returned as a missionary and established a church in the area, only to be killed by Native Americans in 1542, earning him recognition as the first Christian martyr in North America. A cross west of Lyons commemorates his legacy. The United States acquired the region through the Louisiana Purchase in 1803, and Rice County was founded in 1867, two years after Kansas became the 34th state. Originally called Atlanta when founded in 1870, the city was renamed Lyons in 1876 in honor of Freeman J. Lyons. The arrival of the railroad in 1880, the same year Lyons incorporated as a city, marked a turning point for the community's development. That same decade, the Western Salt Company began mining salt in Lyons starting in 1890. The city also had a brief connection to minor league baseball, hosting the Lyons Lions from 1909 to 1913. Main Street follows the historic Santa Fe Trail route, reflecting the area's significance in American westward expansion and commerce.
