A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Jeanerette, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Jeanerette — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Jeanerette customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Jeanerette or the surrounding Iberia County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Louisiana involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Jeanerette, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Louisiana environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Jeanerette, known as "Sugar City," is a community in Iberia Parish, Louisiana with deep roots in the region's colonial and agricultural past. The town's origins trace back to the 18th century when French colonist Pierre Zerangue acquired land from the Spanish government. In the early 1800s, John W. Jeanerette, a South Carolina native who arrived in the 1820s, established himself as a merchant and planter, eventually purchasing Pine Grove Plantation around 1830. He served as the town's first postmaster, and the community adopted his name for its post office and settlement. The town was officially incorporated in 1878 with Joseph E. Provost as its first mayor.
Sugar cultivation has defined Jeanerette's economy since the 19th century, though the industry has evolved significantly. The city was also home to early Jewish settlers, including Lazard Wormser, who emigrated from Alsace, France in 1871 and opened a general store that expanded into a department store chain. To the north along Bayou Teche, a settlement of free Créoles of color developed, now known as Grand Marais, whose residents maintained French culture and language into the 20th century.
Today, Jeanerette has a population of 4,813 according to the 2020 census, with a majority African American population that includes many Creoles of color. The city's economy now encompasses oil and natural gas, salt, carbon black production, and equipment manufacturing for sugarcane industries. Jeanerette is part of the Lafayette metropolitan statistical area and the Acadiana region, known for its francophone heritage.
