If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Wareham and the surrounding Plymouth County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Wareham, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Wareham — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Wareham customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Wareham or the surrounding Plymouth County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Massachusetts involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Wareham, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Massachusetts environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Wareham is a town in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, located in the southern outskirts of Greater Boston as part of the South Coast region. According to the 2020 census, the town had a population of 23,303. First settled by Europeans in 1678 as part of Plymouth and Rochester, Wareham was officially incorporated in 1739 and named after the town of Wareham in England.
The town's geography has shaped its development significantly. Spanning 46.3 square miles with over twenty-two percent water coverage, Wareham is situated on the north shore of Buzzards Bay and features numerous waterways including the Wareham River, Weweantic River, and Sippican River, as well as Buttermilk Bay and Onset Bay. This abundant water made shipbuilding and related industries central to Wareham's early economy. The town also developed as a resort destination, with smaller resorts scattered throughout, particularly in Onset.
Wareham is home to the Tremont Nail Factory, established in 1819 and the oldest nail manufacturer in the United States. Historically, the cranberry industry has dominated the local economy, with the A.D. Makepeace Company, a founder of Ocean Spray, headquartered there, alongside the University of Massachusetts Cranberry Research Station and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Cranberry Marketing Committee.
For many years, Wareham promoted itself with the slogan "Gateway to Cape Cod," but in January 2020 adopted a new slogan, "It's Better Before the Bridges," to emphasize Wareham's appeal as a destination in its own right. Today the town remains mostly residential with a strong summer tourism industry.
