A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Peterson, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Peterson — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Peterson customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Peterson or the surrounding Fillmore County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Minnesota involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Peterson, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Minnesota environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Peterson is a city in Fillmore County, Minnesota, with a population of 234 as of the 2020 census. The community was founded in 1853 by Peter Peterson Haslerud, a Norwegian immigrant who purchased and platted the village site and served as the major force behind its early development. After establishing himself in the area, Haslerud was elected to the Minnesota State Legislature and held several appointed positions, including serving as Immigration officer for the 14th District of Minnesota in 1856. He played a crucial role in bringing the railroad through Rushford Township in 1867, donating fifteen acres of land and contributing eight hundred dollars with other citizens to secure a station and warehouse. Haslerud also began purchasing wheat from local farmers for shipment to the eastern United States.
The village grew steadily throughout the 1870s. A post office was established in 1870 with Even A. Hjelie as its first postmaster. By 1875, Peterson boasted two general stores, a hardware store, and a drug store, along with a telegraph station at the railroad depot. A flour mill was constructed in 1876, and various other businesses including a livery barn, steam mill, hotel, and bar opened during this period. An 1882 gazetteer described Peterson as an unincorporated village of one hundred inhabitants situated on the Root River, with exports of flour and wheat. The village was formally organized in 1909. Peter Peterson Haslerud also developed a trout farm on his property in 1871, which continues operating under state management today, having supplied trout to Minnesota's lakes for over 150 years.
