A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Mitchell, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Mitchell — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Mitchell customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Mitchell or the surrounding Wheeler County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Oregon involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Mitchell, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Oregon environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Mitchell is a small city in Wheeler County in Oregon's interior, home to 138 residents according to the 2020 census. Founded in 1873 when a post office was established at the request of blacksmith William "Brawdie" Johnson, the city was named after John Hipple Mitchell, a U.S. Senator from Oregon. The community was platted in 1885 and incorporated in 1893. During its early decades, Mitchell developed into a modest but thriving town with stores, churches, hotels, saloons, and other businesses that clustered along Bridge Creek in an area known locally as "Tiger Town," while residences and churches occupied higher ground on "Piety Hill."
Mitchell's history has been marked by significant natural challenges. The city experienced catastrophic flash floods in 1884 and 1904 along Bridge Creek, and most dramatically in 1956 when a fifty-foot wall of water destroyed or heavily damaged twenty buildings and killed eight people, causing over seven hundred thousand dollars in damage. Despite these hardships, the community persisted and continues today with Mitchell School serving approximately seventy students.
The area surrounding Mitchell holds geological significance. The Painted Hills unit of the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument lies about nine miles northwest of town. In 2018, a University of Oregon geologist discovered a fossilized dinosaur toe near Mitchell, marking what has been called Oregon's first dinosaur fossil discovery. The landscape itself reflects Mitchell's dramatic setting, with the Ochoco Mountains to the south and eroded volcanic peaks like Black Butte and White Butte visible from town.
