Why Joe's Cash For Cars in Mansfield?

We Do It Right — Every Time

We Pay What We Quote — Guaranteed

Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Mansfield customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.

Same-Day Service in Mansfield

Once you accept your offer, we can usually get a truck out to you the same day — especially if you're anywhere in Mansfield or the surrounding Tarrant County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Call before noon and we'll do everything we can to make it happen that afternoon.

We Handle All the Paperwork

Transferring a car in Texas involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.

What Happens to Your Car

After we buy your vehicle in Mansfield, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Texas environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

A Little About Mansfield

The Story of Mansfield, TX

Mansfield is a thriving suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, located in Tarrant County with portions extending into Ellis and Johnson counties. Positioned approximately 30 miles from Dallas and 20 miles from Fort Worth, adjacent to Arlington, the city has experienced significant growth. The 2020 census recorded a population of 72,602, a substantial increase from 56,368 in 2010.

The area's history stretches back to the 1840s, when Scotch-Irish settlers arrived in the rolling Cross Timbers country of north central Texas, drawn westward from southern states. By the early 1850s, eight related families from Illinois had established homesteads in what became known as the Gibson Community, which included a school and church by 1860. The formal origins of Mansfield itself trace to around 1856, when Ralph Sandiford Man and Julian Feild arrived and built a revolutionary three-story brick grist mill between 1856 and 1859. This mill was the first in North Texas to utilize steam power, producing flour and meal for customers as far away as San Antonio and Oklahoma. Feild also established a general merchandise store and built a log house serving as an inn for travelers. The post office opened in 1860 with Feild as postmaster. During the Civil War, the mill supplied the Confederate States Army while continuing to prosper, a rarity in Tarrant County. The community took its name from the founders, originally spelled Mansfeild before repeated misspellings resulted in the conventional spelling of Mansfield. The town incorporated in 1890 and continued as an agricultural hub. In 1956, Mansfield became the site of the first federal desegregation order in Texas, though the school district ultimately desegregated quietly in 1965.
