If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Haslet and the surrounding Tarrant County area — running or not, any make, any model, free same-day towing.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Haslet, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time. Same-day is usually available. We come right to you in Haslet — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Haslet customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we can usually get a truck out to you the same day — especially if you're anywhere in Haslet or the surrounding Tarrant County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Call before noon and we'll do everything we can to make it happen that afternoon.
Transferring a car in Texas involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Haslet, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Texas environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Haslet is a city straddling the border between Tarrant and Denton counties in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, located 15 miles north of downtown Fort Worth and 20 miles south of Denton. The city's strategic location near Interstate 35W, U.S. Highway 287, and Alliance Airport has made it an increasingly important transportation and distribution hub for the region. As of the 2020 census, Haslet had a population of 1,952 residents.
The area was first settled around 1880, but a distinct community didn't form until 1883, when the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway extended its tracks through the region. The railroad's contractor hailed from Haslett, Michigan, a connection that inspired the town's name. A post office opened four years later in 1887. By 1896, Haslet's single schoolhouse served 21 students. The town grew modestly through the early twentieth century, with a population of just 67 in 1903 and 50 in 1912. During the 1920s, the community supported three grocery stores, a hardware store, a dry goods store, and a cotton gin, reflecting its rural character.
Today, Haslet has transformed into a modern logistics center while maintaining its small-town character. The city's proximity to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, just 30 minutes away, combined with its major highway access, positions it as an attractive location for corporate relocation and business development. With only 20 percent of available sites developed, Haslet continues to position itself for future growth.
