A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Jay Peak, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Jay Peak — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Jay Peak customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Jay Peak or the surrounding Orleans County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Vermont involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Jay Peak, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Vermont environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Jay Peak stands as the highest point in Orleans County, Vermont, rising about five miles south of the Canadian border in the towns of Jay and Westfield. Most of the mountain lies within Jay State Forest. The peak takes its name from the town of Jay, which itself was named after John Jay, the first Chief Justice of the United States and a significant local landholder. Part of the northern Green Mountains, Jay Peak is flanked by Big Jay to the southwest and North Jay Peak to the north.
The mountain plays an important role in the region's water systems, sitting within the Missisquoi River watershed, which ultimately flows through Lake Champlain into Canada's Richelieu River, the Saint Lawrence River, and the Gulf of Saint Lawrence. Various brooks on the mountain's different slopes feed into the Trout River and Missisquoi River systems.
Jay Peak holds distinction as the northernmost major mountain crossed by the Long Trail, Vermont's celebrated 272-mile hiking route that spans the entire length of the state. The mountain's history includes a tragic 1943 incident when a Royal Canadian Air Force training plane crashed into its west side during a severe snowstorm, claiming one crew member's life.
In the mid-1950s, brothers Ernest W. and Wallace H. Gilpin, both state legislators and newspaper publishers, spearheaded the construction of Vermont Route 242, which crosses the mountain's south flank to connect Troy and Montgomery. The Starr family of Troy donated land for the highway's right-of-way. A stone monument honoring the Gilpin brothers sits at the main entrance to Jay Peak Resort, located on the mountain's northeast side.
