If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Granby and the surrounding Hampshire County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Granby, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Granby — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Granby customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Granby or the surrounding Hampshire County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Massachusetts involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Granby, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Massachusetts environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Granby is a town in Hampshire County, Massachusetts, located thirteen miles north of Springfield. At the 2020 census, the town had a population of 6,110 and is part of the Springfield Metropolitan Statistical Area. The town takes its name from John Manners, Marquess of Granby, a hero of the Seven Years' War.
The area's history reaches back to 1659, when settlers from Hartford and Wethersfield, Connecticut arrived, having left their communities due to religious differences. John Pynchon negotiated early land deeds with the Norwottuck people, including agreements in 1658 and 1662 that reserved hunting, fishing, and settlement rights for the Native Americans within the negotiated territories. Granby itself was settled in 1727 as part of Hadley's South Precinct. A dispute over meetinghouse location between east and west residents led the General Court to split the district into two parishes in 1762, and Granby was officially incorporated as a town on June 11, 1768.
Covering 28.1 square miles, Granby is bordered by South Hadley, Amherst, Belchertown, Ludlow, and Chicopee. The Holyoke Range dominates the northern landscape, with Mount Norwottuck being the town's highest point at 1,106 feet. The Metacomet-Monadnock Trail passes through the mountain range, and the Horse Caves geological formations attract visitors.
A notable distinction is that Granby has maintained its own telephone service, Granby Telephone & Telegraph, since 1903, making it one of only three Massachusetts towns not served by the former Bell System.
