If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.

A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Culver, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Culver — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Culver customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Culver or the surrounding Jefferson County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Oregon involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Culver, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Oregon environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Culver is a small city located in Jefferson County in central Oregon. According to the 2020 census, the city is home to 1,602 residents and covers a total area of 0.69 square miles, all of it land. The city is entirely rural in character.
The town was founded by Orace Gabriel Collver, who moved from Coos Bay to Central Oregon and established a general store that became the community's center. As postmaster, Collver named the town after himself, though he modified the spelling to Culver to avoid confusion with another similarly named town. His store housed both the post office and an upstairs meeting hall that served as a gathering place for local events and dances. Culver married Margaret J. Barnett on October 16, 1881, and together they raised Ruth Church, the daughter of Collver's sister Sarah.
A significant moment in Culver's history came in 1911 when the railroad arrived through the valley, but on the opposite side from the original settlement. Rather than remain isolated, the entire community relocated to be near the railroad. Collver famously had his house moved to the new location, while other residents repurposed lumber from their old buildings to construct new homes in the relocated town.
Today, Culver is served by the Culver School District, which includes Culver High School. The city has produced notable residents, including World War II fighter pilot Rex T. Barber and state legislator Boyd R. Overhulse.
