Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time. Same-day is usually available. We come right to you in Claymont — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and hands you cash before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Claymont customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we can usually get a truck out to you the same day — especially if you're anywhere in Claymont or the surrounding New Castle County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Call before noon and we'll do everything we can to make it happen that afternoon.
Transferring a car in Delaware involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Claymont, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Delaware environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Claymont is a census-designated place in New Castle County, Delaware, with a population of 9,895 as of the 2020 census. Located along the banks of Naamans Creek where it meets the Delaware River, this community has been continuously occupied since before 1200 A.D. The earliest known residents were aboriginal Indians of the Middle Woodland period, with archaeological evidence found along both sides of the creek. Dutch colonists later named the settlement after a Lenape Indian chief who occupied the region.
From the 17th through 20th centuries, Claymont transformed from an agricultural community centered around gristmills and farms into an industrial center featuring lumber mills, a steel mill, and a chemical plant. In 1838, the Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad built a station here, spurring development as a suburban resort for wealthy Philadelphia families before becoming an industrial working community in the early 20th century. The town was renamed Claymont in 1856 after Reverend John B. Clemson, who relocated from his plantation, Claymont Court, in Charles Town, West Virginia.
Strategically positioned along the Delaware River between Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., Claymont has served as a vital thoroughfare since colonial times, particularly along Philadelphia Pike. Since the mid-1990s, the community has undertaken major revitalization efforts, including renovations of historical sites and the Darley Green mixed-use development. In 2019, construction began on the $71 million Claymont Regional Transportation Center, reflecting the community's continued growth and investment in its future.
