If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Christoval and the surrounding Tom Green County area — running or not, any make, any model, free same-day towing.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Christoval, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time. Same-day is usually available. We come right to you in Christoval — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Christoval customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we can usually get a truck out to you the same day — especially if you're anywhere in Christoval or the surrounding Tom Green County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Call before noon and we'll do everything we can to make it happen that afternoon.
Transferring a car in Texas involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Christoval, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Texas environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Christoval is a small census-designated place in Tom Green County, Texas, located about twenty miles south of San Angelo. As of the 2020 census, the community had a population of 482 residents and is part of the San Angelo metropolitan statistical area. The South Concho River flows through Christoval, serving as a vital water supply to the surrounding region.
The community's history traces back to early settlement, with the town named after Christopher Columbus Doty, an early settler. A post office was established in 1889, and a local school began operating by 1901. By 1914, Christoval had grown to an estimated population of 200, supporting two general stores and a newspaper called the Christoval Observer. The mineral waters and South Concho River attracted visitors throughout the early twentieth century, particularly during the 1930s when a Baptist encampment held annually drew as many as ten thousand people to the area. That prosperity changed on September 17, 1936, when a devastating flood destroyed the encampment facility and parts of the town, killing several residents. The population peaked at approximately five hundred during the 1930s before declining through subsequent decades.
Today, Christoval offers visitors access to the South Concho River through Pugh River Park, featuring large oak trees and rope swings along the shoreline. The community hosts Old Toenail Trail Days each Memorial Day weekend, attracting regional visitors with live music, parades, and vendors. Christoval is notable as the hometown of Jack Pardee, a College Football Hall of Fame linebacker, and reality television personality Colby Donaldson from the CBS show Survivor.
