If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.

A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Bridgeville, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Bridgeville — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Bridgeville customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Bridgeville or the surrounding Humboldt County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in California involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Bridgeville, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all California environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Bridgeville is an unincorporated community nestled in Humboldt County, California, located 12 miles north-northeast of Weott at an elevation of 636 feet. Today it is home to approximately 25 residents. The community sits 260 miles north of San Francisco and is crossed by the Van Duzen River.
The area was originally known as Robinsons Crossing, named after William Slaughter Robinson, a local rancher. When a bridge was constructed across the Van Duzen River in 1875, the settlement became known as Bridgeport. However, the U.S. Post Office rejected this name due to a conflicting Bridgeport in Mono County, and the Bridgeville post office opened in 1877 under its current name.
Among Bridgeville's early settlers was Salmon Brown, a Merino sheep farmer and son of abolitionist John Brown. In 1870, Salmon relocated to the area to help his mother Mary escape hostility she faced in Red Bluff, establishing a ranch near Bridgeville while Mary and her daughters moved to nearby Rohnerville. Salmon eventually departed for Portland, Oregon in 1893.
The 83-acre town gained international attention in 2002 when it became the first community ever to be auctioned on eBay. After several ownership changes and sales attempts over subsequent years, Bridgeville continues as a small rural community. The town is served by Bridgeville Elementary School, a public K-8 institution, and experiences a warm-summer Mediterranean climate with mild temperatures year-round.
