A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Wethersfield, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Wethersfield — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Wethersfield customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Wethersfield or the surrounding Hartford County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Connecticut involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Wethersfield, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Connecticut environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Wethersfield, located immediately south of Hartford along the Connecticut River in Hartford County, is among Connecticut's oldest towns. Founded in 1634 by Puritan settlers including John Oldham, Robert Seeley, Thomas Topping, and Nathaniel Foote, it was originally called Watertown before being incorporated as a town in 1637, alongside Windsor and Hartford. These three settlements are commemorated on the Connecticut flag by three grapevines representing the state's oldest English towns. The town was named after Wethersfield, a village in Essex, England, though Native Americans had called the area Pyquag.
Wethersfield played significant roles throughout American history. During the Pequot War in 1637, Chief Sequin attacked the settlement, killing colonists and taking two young girls captive. The town witnessed four witch trials in the seventeenth century, with three executions. From 1716 to 1718, the Collegiate School, which later became Yale University, was briefly located here. In May 1781, General George Washington and French Lieutenant General Rochambeau planned the decisive Siege of Yorktown at the Webb House on Main Street.
The town became famous for agricultural innovation and trade. It was the center of New England's onion trade during the late 1700s and early 1800s, earning the nickname Oniontown. William G. Comstock founded what became America's oldest continuously operating seed company in 1820. Today, Old Wethersfield comprises the state's largest historic district, spanning two square miles with 1,100 buildings dating from the seventeenth through nineteenth centuries. With a 2020 census population of 27,298, the town remains an important part of Connecticut's Capitol Planning Region.
