A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Scribner, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Scribner — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Scribner customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Scribner or the surrounding Dodge County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Nebraska involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Scribner, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Nebraska environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Scribner is a small city located in Dodge County, Nebraska. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 843. The community was platted in 1870 by Lucius D. Richards when the railroad was extended to that point, and it was named after publishing magnate Charles Scribner I. For many years, the railroad played a central role in Scribner's development and economy as a trading hub.
However, the railroad's importance to the town diminished over time. By the 1970s, the Chicago & North Western railroad began running fewer trains through Scribner, and freight traffic continued to decline as the decade progressed. The situation came to a head in spring of 1982 when flooding from the Elkhorn River and nearby Pebble Creek damaged sections of the track. With declining freight traffic and the damage from flooding, the railroad company filed a request to abandon the line, which was granted. The Fremont & Elkhorn Valley Railroad purchased the abandoned track and explored reviving service, but the costs proved too high to make that feasible. The tracks were ultimately removed in 1988. Despite the loss of railroad service, Scribner has persisted as a trading community. Today, the city spans 0.66 square miles and experiences a humid continental climate characterized by warm summers and cold winters.
