Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Old Appleton customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Old Appleton or the surrounding Cape Girardeau County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Missouri involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Old Appleton, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Missouri environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Old Appleton is a small village located in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, situated on the south bank of Apple Creek along the county's northern border. With a population of 73 at the 2020 census, it remains part of the Cape Girardeau–Jackson Metropolitan Statistical Area. The community's roots run deep into American frontier history. The first settlement was established in 1824 when John McClain and John Schatz founded a settlement they called Apple Creek, named for the stream on which it sits. By the 1870s, the name had changed to Appleton, and in 1918, "Old" was added to distinguish it from Appleton City in St. Clair County. Before American settlement, the area was home to the Shawnee and Delaware Indians. In 1784, French Canadian Indian Agent Pierre Louis Lorimier convinced approximately 1,200 Shawnee and 600 Delaware to relocate to the Apple Creek watershed from American territory, settling two villages known as Le Grand Village Sauvage and Petit Village Sauvage. These communities blended French and Indian cultures, adopting French architectural styles and American ways of life. However, by the early 1800s, American encroachment became relentless, and despite initial efforts to protect tribal lands, the Shawnee and Delaware were eventually relocated westward by 1816. Old Appleton later became known for its breweries until Prohibition forced their closure. The village's historic bridge, destroyed in a 1982 flood on Apple Creek, was restored in 2006 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
