If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.

A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Moro, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Moro — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Moro customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Moro or the surrounding Sherman County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Oregon involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Moro, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Oregon environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Moro is the county seat of Sherman County in Oregon, though it holds the distinction of being the least-populous county seat in the state. Incorporated by the Oregon Legislative Assembly on February 17, 1899, the city was named after Moro, Illinois. According to the 2020 census, Moro has a population of 367 residents living within its compact 0.49 square miles of land area.
The city experiences a Mediterranean climate characterized by hot, dry summers and cold, wet winters. Summer afternoons are typically warm to very hot, with temperatures reaching 90 degrees Fahrenheit on about twenty days each year, though extreme heat is rare. The record high temperature stands at 111 degrees Fahrenheit, set on July 27, 1939. Winters are chilly, with the coldest recorded temperature reaching negative 22 degrees Fahrenheit in January 1957. Moro receives very little precipitation due to its location in the rain shadow of the Cascades, with an average yearly snowfall of 17 inches, though this varies considerably between seasons. The driest months occur during summer, when August and July typically see less than a third of an inch of rain. Spring arrives gradually, with the last freeze usually expected around May 7.
Today, Moro remains a rural community where all residents live in non-urban areas. The city's population has remained relatively stable, with 324 residents counted in 2010.
