A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Medicine Lake, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Medicine Lake — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Medicine Lake customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Medicine Lake or the surrounding Sheridan County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Montana involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Medicine Lake, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Montana environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Medicine Lake is a small town located in Sheridan County, Montana, with a population of 244 according to the 2020 census. The town has a notable place in Montana history as the site of an extraordinary weather event. On July 5, 1937, Medicine Lake recorded a temperature of 117 degrees Fahrenheit, establishing the record for the highest temperature ever recorded in the state of Montana.
The town's origins trace back to 1906, when Edward Stubban, originally from Flandrem, Norway, established a post office and store in the area under that Norwegian name. However, when the Great Northern Railway arrived in 1910, the town relocated about two miles to accommodate the new rail line. At that time, residents renamed their community Medicine Lake, taking the name from a nearby lake that the Assiniboine people had called Bda wauka, meaning "Medicine water."
In more recent years, Medicine Lake has gained recognition for athletic achievement. The local high school football team, which cooperates with neighboring Froid under the name RedHawks, captured consecutive state championships in 6-man football. They won their first state title on November 14, 2020, defeating White Sulphur Springs 44 to 19 with a perfect 10-0 record. The RedHawks continued their success the following year, winning back-to-back championships on November 20, 2021, with a 43-0 victory over Power-Dutton-Brady in Dutton, Montana, finishing that season undefeated at 13-0 and extending their winning streak to 23 games.
