If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Guymon and the surrounding Texas County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Guymon, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Guymon — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Two questions. Tells you exactly where you stand.
Do you have the title in your name?
Is there still a loan or lien on the car?
This includes title loans, and any bank or lender listed as lienholder.
Clean title, no lien. Have the title, a photo ID, and the keys ready at pickup — our driver brings the rest of the paperwork.
Get my cash offerA missing title usually isn't a dealbreaker. Bring a photo ID and the vehicle registration if you have it. We handle no-title sales regularly — just tell us your situation when you call.
Get my cash offerA car with an active lien or title loan can't be sold until the lender releases it. Pay off the balance, get the lien release from your lender, and the title becomes yours to sell. Once that's done, give us a call — we'll buy it.
Look at the front of your title — if a bank or lender is printed in the lienholder section, there's a lien on the car. If you financed it and haven't paid it off, assume there is one. Still unsure? Call us and we'll work through it with you.
Call 619-762-2001Without the title in hand, the quickest way to know is to contact the lender you financed through, or request a title record from your state's motor vehicle office. If you never financed the car, there's almost certainly no lien. Call us and we'll help you sort it out.
Call 619-762-2001A missing or lost title doesn't stop you from selling your car in Guymon. Title rules are set at the state level, and Oklahoma has its own process for signing a car over, replacing a lost title, and selling when you're still making payments. When you sell to us, our driver brings the paperwork and walks you through every step at pickup — but if you want the full picture first, we put together a plain-English guide just for Oklahoma.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Guymon customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Guymon or the surrounding Texas County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Oklahoma involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Guymon, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Oklahoma environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.
Joe's Cash For Cars serves every city in Texas County. Click any city below to see local service details and get a city-specific quote.
Guymon is the county seat of Texas County in the Oklahoma Panhandle and serves as the largest city in the region. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 12,965, representing more than half the county's residents and reflecting growth of 13.3 percent since 2010. The city's economy has traditionally centered on cattle feedlots, corporate pork farms, and natural gas production, with wind energy recently emerging as an additional source of income for local landowners.
The community traces its origins to the 1890s when Edward T. Guymon, president of the Inter-State Land and Town Company, purchased land west of the Beaver River. The arrival of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway in 1901 spurred rapid growth. Initially called Sanford by the Post Office Department, the town was renamed Guymon a month later to prevent confusion with another community. The city incorporated in 1901 and grew further as businesses relocated from the nearby town of Hardesty, including the Hardesty Herald newspaper, which became the Guymon Herald. When Oklahoma achieved statehood in 1907, Guymon was designated the county seat of the newly created Texas County and had 839 residents. By 1910, the population had grown to 1,342, supported by three banks, three hotels, four doctors, and various commercial enterprises. Though the Great Depression and Dust Bowl era challenged the community, discovery of the nearby Hugoton-Panhandle gas field provided economic stimulus. The Guymon Pioneer Days Rodeo, held annually each May since 1933, became a significant cultural institution, earning induction into the ProRodeo Hall of Fame in 2014. Notably, Guymon was the only city in Oklahoma in both 2010 and 2020 where Hispanic residents comprised the majority of the population.
