A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Guildhall, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Guildhall — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Guildhall customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Guildhall or the surrounding Essex County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Vermont involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Guildhall, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Vermont environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Guildhall is the shire town, or county seat, of Essex County in northeastern Vermont, situated along the Connecticut River that forms the border with New Hampshire. According to the 2020 census, the town has a population of 262 residents. A prominent sign in the town center declares Guildhall to be the only town in the world bearing this name, which derives from a meeting house on the square called the Guildhall.
The town was chartered in 1761 by New Hampshire's colonial governor, Benning Wentworth. Its original settlers came from Lancaster and Lunenburg, Massachusetts, and named their new settlements after their Massachusetts hometowns on opposite sides of the Connecticut River. Early settlers built temporary cabins and camps while clearing the land, and the first recorded town meeting occurred in 1783. Lumbering became a significant part of the local economy, reflecting the heavily wooded landscape characteristic of Essex County. The Guildhall Village Historic District, encompassing the central common and nearby buildings, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
The town covers 33.1 square miles and is bordered by Lunenburg to the southwest, Granby to the northwest, and Maidstone to the north. U.S. Route 2 passes through the southern corner, while Vermont Route 102 runs northward along the Connecticut River. The town's highest point, Stone Mountain, reaches an elevation of 2,736 feet. Guildhall experiences a humid continental climate with warm, sometimes humid summers and cold winters characteristic of northeastern Vermont.
