If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Fish Creek and the surrounding Door County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Fish Creek, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Fish Creek — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Fish Creek customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Fish Creek or the surrounding Door County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Wisconsin involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Fish Creek, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Wisconsin environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Fish Creek is an unincorporated community nestled within the town of Gibraltar in Door County, Wisconsin, positioned along Highway 42 overlooking Green Bay. The area has deep roots in the region's indigenous heritage, sitting on the site of a historic Menominee and Ojibwa village called Ma-go-she-kah-ning, a name meaning "trout fishing" that reflects the waterway's traditional importance to local peoples. European settlement began around 1844 when Increase Claflin and his family arrived, though entrepreneur Asa Thorp is credited as the village founder. The community grew substantially starting in 1853, when loggers and fishermen began establishing themselves there. Thorp became a driving force in Fish Creek's early development, acquiring much of the surrounding land and constructing the village's first dock in 1855. The settlement's growing permanence was marked by the opening of its first post office in 1866, established in the kitchen of John Brown's home. Among Fish Creek's historic structures is the Alexander Noble House, built in 1875 and recognized on the National Register of Historic Places as the village's oldest unchanged residence. Today, Fish Creek remains a small but historically significant community, adjacent to Peninsula State Park, whose main entrance serves visitors to the area. The village is served by Gibraltar Area Schools, which operates Gibraltar Elementary School and Gibraltar Secondary School.
