A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Drain, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Drain — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Drain customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Drain or the surrounding Douglas County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Oregon involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Drain, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Oregon environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Drain is a small city in Douglas County, Oregon, with a population of 1,172 according to the 2020 census. The community was named after Charles J. Drain, the town's founder and politician, who in 1871 donated 60 acres of nearby land to the Oregon and California Railroad. This generous contribution helped establish the settlement as a transportation hub in the region.
In the nineteenth century, Drain served as an important waypoint for travel and commerce. An 1876 coach road connected Drain to Scottsburg, and the city became the starting point for the Drain-Coos Bay stage line, which ran to Scottsburg before continuing by river steamer to Gardiner and the Pacific coast near the mouth of the Umpqua River. The community also developed an educational presence when the Drain Normal School was founded in 1883 by the Methodist Church. The state assumed control of the school in 1885, renaming it the Central Oregon State Normal School, though it closed in June 1908.
Today, Drain occupies 0.61 square miles at the crossroads of Oregon Route 99 and Oregon Route 38, situated at a pass in the Coast Range. The city lies where Elk Creek and Pass Creek, both tributaries of the Umpqua River, converge. A notable historical structure, the Pass Creek Bridge covered bridge now stands in a park behind the Drain Civic Center after being moved from active road use in 1987 for pedestrian traffic, though it was completely closed to the public in 2014 due to structural deterioration.
