But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Devils Elbow, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Devils Elbow — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Devils Elbow customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Devils Elbow or the surrounding Pulaski County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Missouri involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Devils Elbow, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Missouri environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Devils Elbow is an unincorporated community in Pulaski County, Missouri, situated on the Big Piney River along historic U.S. Highway 66, approximately five miles east of St. Robert. The community takes its name from a tight incised meander in the river, a sharp bend that presented challenges for 19th and early 20th century rafters who floated lumber and railroad ties downstream to Arlington on the Gasconade River. The difficult passage earned the bend its colorful name, with the hamlet developing on the inside of the curve.
Beginning in the late 1800s, Devils Elbow attracted St. Louis sportsmen drawn to the excellent fishing in the Big Piney and hunting in the surrounding forest. When improved highway access arrived with State Highway 14, a steel truss bridge was constructed across the river in 1923. After the highway was renumbered as U.S. Route 66 in 1926, the community flourished as a tourist destination. Walter E. Graham established a post office in 1927 at his resort and camp, while others built restaurants and cabins to serve Route 66 travelers. The area was recognized by the State Planning Commission as one of Missouri's seven beauty spots.
The community experienced growth during World War II due to nearby Fort Leonard Wood's development. Though a bypassed route in 1945 diminished traffic, Devils Elbow remains notable for its iconic bridge—one of only two remaining dogleg bridges on Route 66 and the only one still open to traffic. After extensive restoration completed in 2014, the bridge continues to serve visitors. In 2017, multiple properties were listed in the National Register of Historic Places as the Devil's Elbow Historic District.
