If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Clark and the surrounding Union County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Clark, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Clark — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Clark customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Clark or the surrounding Union County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in New Jersey involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Clark, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all New Jersey environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Clark is a township in southern Union County, New Jersey, with a population of 15,544 according to the 2020 census. The township has grown steadily over the past two decades, increasing from 14,597 residents in 2000 to 14,756 in 2010 before reaching its current population. The area that is now Clark has deep historical roots, with the Robinson Plantation House and the Squire Hartshorne House dating back to the late 17th century. The Homestead Farm at Oak Ridge was the site of a skirmish preceding the Battle of Short Hills. Originally part of Rahway after the city's incorporation in 1858, Clark was established as its own township through an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 23, 1864. The township was named for Abraham Clark, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Over time, portions of Clark were used to create other municipalities, including Cranford in 1871 and Winfield Township in 1941. Covering 4.45 square miles, Clark is bordered by Scotch Plains and Westfield to the west, Cranford and Winfield Township to the north, Linden and Rahway to the east, and Edison and Woodbridge Township in Middlesex County to the south. The Robinson's Branch Reservoir, also known as the Clark Reservoir, is the largest body of water in Union County and bisects the township diagonally.
