A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Cherry, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Cherry — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Cherry customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Cherry or the surrounding Bureau County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Illinois involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Cherry, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Illinois environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Cherry is a small village in Bureau County, Illinois, located northwest of LaSalle-Peru and about 75 miles east of the Quad Cities, near Interstate 80. With a population of 435 according to the 2020 census, Cherry is part of the Ottawa Micropolitan Statistical Area. The village was founded as a mining site and takes its name from James Cherry, superintendent of the St. Paul Mining Company. The St. Paul Coal Company sank a shaft at the Cherry Mine in 1905, and the operation supplied coal for Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad locomotives. The village's history, however, is forever marked by tragedy. In November 1909, the Cherry Mine Disaster claimed the lives of 259 coal miners, making it the third deadliest mine disaster in United States history as of 2024. This catastrophic event prompted significant changes in mining and labor regulations across the United States and Illinois, leading to the enforcement of child labor laws and requirements that mines be equipped with fire fighting equipment and more fireproof materials. The Cherry Coal Company later took over mining operations from 1929 until closing in 1935. Today, Cherry remains a quiet rural community, with a median household income of $49,583 and a median age of 49.9 years, reflecting a population in which nearly a third are 65 years of age or older.
