If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and hand you cash. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Central and the surrounding Graham County area — running or not, any make, any model, free same-day towing.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Central, including:
Three steps from your first call to cash in hand. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time. Same-day is usually available. We come right to you in Central — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and hands you cash before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Central customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we can usually get a truck out to you the same day — especially if you're anywhere in Central or the surrounding Graham County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Call before noon and we'll do everything we can to make it happen that afternoon.
Transferring a car in Arizona involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Central, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Arizona environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Central is a census-designated place in Graham County, Arizona, situated between the towns of Thatcher and Pima, with U.S. Route 70 serving as its main thoroughfare. According to the 2020 census, Central had a population of 758 residents and is part of the Safford micropolitan area.
The community's roots run deep into Arizona's pioneer history. Central was first homesteaded by the Cluff family in 1880, who extended the Central Canal to their eastern lands. Subsequent settlers continued expanding the canal system westward and northward. In 1883, construction began on a white rock building that served as both a church meeting house and schoolhouse. By the following year, twenty families had settled in Central, including the Cluff, Norton, Shurtz, Bigler, and Webster households. In December 1883, the Central Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was organized with Joseph Cluff as its first bishop. A red brick church, built in 1885, became the first regular LDS meeting house in the region and briefly housed the LDS Academy from December 1890 to May 1891 before that institution relocated to Thatcher and eventually became Eastern Arizona College. By 1894, the settlement had grown to thirty-five Mormon families and two other households, with the community thriving through its orchards, alfalfa fields, and grain production. A railroad reached Central in 1896. Today, the Gila Valley Arizona Temple, dedicated in 2010, stands as a significant landmark in Central, reflecting the community's enduring religious heritage.
