There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Catlettsburg, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Catlettsburg — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Catlettsburg customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Catlettsburg or the surrounding Boyd County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Kentucky involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Catlettsburg, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Kentucky environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Catlettsburg, the county seat of Boyd County, Kentucky, is a home rule-class city with a population of 1,780 as of the 2020 census. The city is part of the Huntington–Ashland metropolitan area and sits along the Ohio River, a location that shaped its development from the earliest days of American settlement.
The area's history begins with Alexander Catlett, who arrived in 1798 as the first landowner. His son Horatio established a post office on December 5, 1810, marking the official adoption of the Catlettsburg name, replacing the earlier designation of Mouth of Sandy. The Catlett family built a log structure around 1811 that housed a tavern, post office, trading post, and inn. This enterprise became well known among frontier travelers and notable figures including General Stonewall Jackson, Henry Clay, and future President James Garfield.
The landscape changed dramatically in the late nineteenth century when Catlettsburg became the world's largest hardwood timber market, a position it held until the early 1920s. This boom was driven by the city's advantageous location at the mouth of the Big Sandy River. The railroad further transformed the community when the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway completed its line to Cincinnati from Huntington in 1888, requiring construction of a significant railroad bridge across the Big Sandy River at Catlettsburg.
Historic buildings from this era remain standing today. The Catlett House survives as part of Beechmoor Place, a Georgian-style estate on Walnut Street. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973, Beechmoor's eastern wing, constructed by the Catletts, is cited as the oldest known building within a three-hundred-mile radius.
