If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and hand you cash. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Bouse and the surrounding La Paz County area — running or not, any make, any model, free same-day towing.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Bouse, including:
Three steps from your first call to cash in hand. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time. Same-day is usually available. We come right to you in Bouse — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and hands you cash before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Bouse customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we can usually get a truck out to you the same day — especially if you're anywhere in Bouse or the surrounding La Paz County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Call before noon and we'll do everything we can to make it happen that afternoon.
Transferring a car in Arizona involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Bouse, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Arizona environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.
Joe's Cash For Cars serves every city in La Paz County. Click any city below to see local service details and get a city-specific quote.
Bouse, pronounced to rhyme with "house," is a census-designated place and ghost town in La Paz County, Arizona, located north of the county's center along Arizona State Route 72. Founded in 1908 as a mining camp, the community was originally named Brayton after store owner John Brayton Martin. The 2010 census recorded a population of 996 residents.
Today, Bouse's economy centers on tourism, agriculture, and retirees. A significant agricultural development arrived in July 2015 when Rose Acre Farms broke ground on the Lone Cactus Farm, a chicken egg facility that opened the following year. Described as the biggest economic development project ever undertaken in the county, the operation was supported by a rail spur off the Arizona and California Railroad and a grain terminal that opened in December 2018. Another egg facility began construction near Lone Cactus Farm in May 2023. The community's geography encompasses 136.2 square miles, with Arizona State Route 72 connecting it to Parker, 26 miles to the northwest, and Hope, 23 miles to the southeast.
The area's history includes Camp Bouse, a World War II US Army tank training camp located 20 miles east in Butler Valley. Though the camp's buildings are no longer standing, foundations and tank tracks from the war era remain, and a memorial monument commemorates the site in Bouse itself.
