If you've got a car sitting in your driveway that you don't want anymore, the hardest part is over — you've already decided to let it go. Joe's Cash For Cars makes everything after that as simple as it gets. You call, we make you an offer, you say yes, we show up and pay you on the spot. That's it.
We buy cars for cash all over Bountiful and the surrounding Davis County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
A lot of people assume their old car isn't worth much — especially if it doesn't run, has body damage, or has been sitting for a while. But we buy cars in every kind of condition, and we almost always pay more than people expect. Give us a call at 619-762-2001 and find out exactly what your car is worth.
There's no shortage of people who claim they'll buy your car — but a lot of them will lowball you, ghost you after the inspection, or show up with a completely different number than what they quoted. We don't operate that way.
We service every part of Bountiful, including:
Three steps from your first call to getting paid. No runaround, no hidden fees.
Tell us your car's year, make, model, and condition. We give you a real offer in under two minutes — no callbacks, no pressure.
Accept the offer and pick a time that works for you — often the same day or next. We come right to you in Bountiful — home, work, wherever. You don't move an inch.
Our driver brings all the paperwork, handles the tow, and pays you before they leave. Under 30 minutes, start to finish.
Some car-buying services quote you high to get you interested, then the driver shows up and suddenly there's a problem with the catalytic converter or the transmission mounts and the offer drops by $300. We've heard this story from Bountiful customers dozens of times. Our quote is based on an honest assessment, and that's the number we show up with — period.
Once you accept your offer, we'll set up a pickup time that works for you — often the same day or next day, especially if you're anywhere in Bountiful or the surrounding Davis County area. We run routes here regularly, so scheduling is rarely an issue. Give us a call and we'll lock in a time.
Transferring a car in Utah involves more forms than most people expect — especially if the title isn't straightforward or there's an outstanding loan. Our drivers carry everything, know the process cold, and make sure it's all done correctly so you're not on the hook for anything down the road.
After we buy your vehicle in Bountiful, it's either resold, parted out, or recycled through licensed facilities that meet all Utah environmental regulations. We never abandon vehicles or dump them — every car we buy is handled responsibly.

Bountiful is a vibrant city in Davis County, Utah, with a population of 45,762 as of the 2020 census, making it the state's 18th-largest city. The community experienced significant growth during the suburban expansion of the late 1940s through 1960s and remained Davis County's largest city until 1985, when Layton surpassed it in size.
The city's history runs deep, beginning when Perrigrine Sessions and his family settled here on September 27, 1847, making it Utah's second settlement after Salt Lake City. Originally known as Sessions Settlement and North Canyon Ward, the community was renamed Bountiful in 1855, both for its reputation as an excellent gardening region and for the city of Bountiful mentioned in the Book of Mormon. The city was officially incorporated in 1892 with Joseph L Holbrook serving as its first mayor. In 1907, electric lights came to Bountiful through the dedicated efforts of local citizens.
Today, Bountiful serves as a bedroom community to Salt Lake City and the surrounding area, though it is also part of the Ogden-Clearfield metropolitan area. To ease traffic congestion between counties, the FrontRunner commuter rail began operating in April 2008, and the Legacy Parkway opened on September 13, 2008. The Bountiful Utah Temple, dedicated in 1995, stands as a prominent landmark. Each July, residents and visitors celebrate the city's pioneer heritage at Handcart Days, a volunteer-driven festival featuring parades, fireworks, entertainment, and food that commemorates the arrival of Mormon pioneers in the Salt Lake Valley.
